button input not working right

i have 6 of the new add-ons in my world and a texture pack active and after a couple of day the input for placing block have been fine till now outta nowhere sometimes it wont let me place a block until i place a block in a different spot and other time it makes me place 3 at a time i dont know if its input of the controller or thw game
