/hud command does not prevent jumping and crouching on touch

When hiding the touch ui via the /hud command, the buttons on the right-hand side of the screen become inaccessible, but the movement controls still function.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Minecraft on a touch-screen device
2. Open a world which allows commands
3. Run the /hud @a hide all command
4. Attempt to press the jump/crouch/sprint buttons

Expected result

Although the buttons appear invisible, you can still interact with them.

Observed result

Buttons become hidden and inaccessible.
