Cherry Blossom cape only appears on 1 edition

3 or so months ago, i got the cherry blossom cape without knowing its existance, and after i searched online i got it because i voted for the armadillo (which is true), though the problem is i only can equip / got the cape on 1 edition, which is java edition, its also where i voted for the armadillo thru (minecraft launcher to be more specific), i did also join the bedrock voting server and "claimed it" but i didnt get it still, and after this time i never really got it on bedrock edition, is it a bug? or an intentional bug? i dont know but i want a solution since i tried contacting minecraft support with no help

i provided a video of me showing using the same name / xbox account (as far as i know xbox usernames are unique to each account) and me only having it on java and not bedrock with some screenshots too
