freezing during gameplay

From version 1.20.30 up to the present day in version 1.20.62, there exists a bug where the screen freezes during chunk loading. I am aware that this issue is not unique, and it may be related to loading chunks with entities and semi-entities such as chests, frames, signs, and other similar blocks. Occasionally, the game freezes for 1 to 5 seconds, which is quite unpleasant to play. I kindly request that you address this issue.
