Coordinate target selector argument (x, y, z) works weirdly with distance argument (r, rm)

Steps to Reproduce
1. Place a repeating command block and type{{say @p[x=0,y=0,z=0,r=1]}}
2. Place a lever and activate it
3. Walk around the set coordinate (0, 0, 0)

Expected Result
It says your name when you on the exact coordinate

Observed Result
It says your name in a 2x2 area
