Parity issue: Meadow temperature is different from java edition

Meadow temperature is slightly colder on bedrock, the biome currently has a temperature of 0.3, while on java it is slightly warmer with a temperature of 0.5

also, this is apparently the reason for the biome having a different grass color compared to java edition MCPE-144297 (editing the temperature with a behavior pack fixes both bugs for some reason), very weird..
