Players' view renders black when their heads are inside a block as a passenger

Players' view renders black when their heads are inside a block as a passenger.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Build a setup like the picture attached.
   
2. Place any block you want above the minecart.
3. Ride the minecart.

Observed results:
The view renders black when you're riding the minecart.

Expected results:
The view should render normally when you're riding the minecart.

Notes:
This issue is not limited to minecarts, other mountable entities (e.g. boats and camels) are also affected. It also affects some blocks that don't deal suffocation damage when your head is in them, like slabs and walls.
