Player falls out of world when reloading world after selecting "main menu" on the death screen

When I clicked "Main menu" button on the death message and after reopened the world I found that my position was under the world and I caught another death message "[player] fell out from the world".

 

Steps to reproduce:

1. Cause death in any way
2. Click "Main menu" button on death screen
3. Open the world again
4. You will find that you fell out from the world
