Stoneblock 3 crashes the entire Minecraft game

So I just got the map from the marketplace in Minecraft and tried to play it only for it to crash the map literally doesn't work had I known I wouldn't have wasted my tokens on it. I'm wondering if this is being looked at to resolve or if I could at least get a refund on my tokens since I can't even play the map the map being Stoneblock 3. I mean I'd like to play Stoneblock 3, but can't due to the crashing.
