Game freezes on PS5

I play on the PS5, while I'm in the inventory, on the player list or in the chat, the entire game freezes. Then I can't do anything else. I don't play in split screen, but on realms and multiplayer worlds. Other players on the PS5 also have this problem. Since I stream my gaming, every time this occurs I have to stop my stream or restart the game. Please fix this error, thank you!
