The Wolf armor cannot enchant on anvil, Despite like Java Edition was added in 24w09a Snapshot

Steps to reproduce

1. Take some of Enchantment books related to armor types
2. Take wolf armor and anvil
3. Open anvil and place wolf armor to left slot then place some enchantment books in right slot

Observed Results

The wolf armor is not work with enchantment books on anvil
