Breaking Sea Lantern is not affected by fortune.

Breaking Sea Lantern is not affected by fortune like java edition.

Steps to Reproduce:

Get a pickaxe with Fortune III.
Place several sea lanterns on the ground.
Set your mode survival, and break the sea lanterns.

Observed Results: Only 2-3 Prismarine Crystals drop.

Expected Results: It should be affected by fortune enchantment like Java Edition: the upper limit of drop number increases when the level of enchantment enhances.
