Sneaking into a body of water deactivates sneaking

Description : Sneaking into a body of water of any height deactivates it(despite the button being held down), and thus your shield.

How to reproduce : 

1. Hold down the crouch button.
2. Sneak into a body of water of any height.
3. Sneaking is automatically deactivated.
