Chest with crafted cocoa beans from old world causes crash

In a survival endless world a chest containing cocoa beans crafted from the old recipe (red dye, yellow dye and ink sac), causes the game to crash whenever i interact with it in any way, e.g. trying to brake it, opening it, exploding it with TNT &c.
