No split screen for pc bedrock... I'd love to be able to play with my son we both love the game!!

Hello!,  I hope someone reads this and can help me with my problem. I have found that I cant play split screen on my windows version of bedrock. This is a real shame as me and my son love to play minecraft but cant build together. If the team at mojang could make this a possibility to play with two controllers on  the pc that would be awesome!
