Gui Vanishes

When entering a Game world or a Server the GUI vanishes upon entry and the only way to fix it is to reboot the game however as soon as I re-enter it happens again. I have attached a short 40 second clip to demonstrate what happens, I also do NOT have Hide GUI enabled. I hope to hear back from you soon as this is an implication to the gameplay.
