0.16 Update Bug - Lighting

Noticed a couple of bugs in the new version in single player mode.

Mode: Creative

Issue:

After the update i returned to a previously built world, Upon turning lights on in my house i noticed a strange behavior with the lighting. This what happens when you turn them on ( See Screen Shot )

it only goes back to normal after you drop a brick

That's the main issue for me, although i have noticed while in creation mode creatures are now spawning, some inside of buildings i have made ( see recent screenshot )
