Visual Error After Using Teleport Command

Recently I Was Playing On Windows 10 Minecraft, When I Decided To Use The Teleport Command. After Teleporting, My Game Crashed, And I Was Like, No Biggie. I Went Back Into My World And Now There's A Huge Visual Error. It Not Only Effects My World, But My Realms And Servers Too. It Does Not, However, Affect The Home Screen.
