Command block pickblock breaks them

Whenever I try and make minecraft maps I usually accidentally piclblock the command blocks which glitches them into permanently thinking they are impulse+allways active rendering them useless it does fix when someone else is online when I'm on a realm haven't been able to test if it's the same for single player worlds.
