Screen gets stuck if you die repeatedly

Remember active New you died UI.

Try to continuously die 

Observations:

Screen get stuck or player can't move and health bar seen no health and hunger bar was full before dying so it seen hunger bar is full if clicked on chest it produce click sound

Note:when getting dead continuously remember that inventory or chest inventory is open or try to open continuously.
