No smooth lighting on certain blocks

There's no smooth lighting on certain blocks. Clones MCPE-46086, which has been closed as cannot reproduce.

Affected blocks list (maybe incomplete):

• Bed
• Door
• Item frame
• Shulker box
• Stained glass

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Enable smooth lightning in video settings if you disabled it.
2. (Optional, but will let you see better) Set your brightness to 0.
3. Go to some dark places, or set time to night.
4. Place the blocks mentioned above.
5. Place a light source near the blocks you have placed.
6. Observe the light.

Observed Results:
There's no smoothing lighting on these blocks.

Expected Results:
Smoothing lighting should work on these blocks.
