Deferred Technical Preview don't work on PC

The function does not work. My PC configuration: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-10400F CPU @ 2.90GHz , Graphics Card:
 Model: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti , RAM: 16253 MB. I tried many different rtx resource packs, but it still doesn't work, I restarted the PC, restarted minecraft - it doesn't help.
