Game randomly reloading often

The game keeps randomly reloading in the menu, in-game, in multiplayer servers, and in single-player worlds.

 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load into a singleplayer world or multiplayer server (any gamemode) or be in the main menu (example; Settings, Dressing Room, etc.)
2. Wait for a certain period of time (can happen randomly at any time) until the screen turns red.
3. Bug occurs.

Observed Results:
The screen turns for a brief period of time and then the loading screen with the Minecraft logo appears, then loading back into the game.

Expected Results:

Nothing else should happen other than regular gameplay.
