If go through Nether Portal in the End then return to Overworld at Y = 32767

Notes: Affects 1.16 to 1.21 All version.

use /setblock Command place nether portal block in The End, if you Enter The Nether Portal Block, You Will be tp 0, 32767, 0 on Overworld, I use /tp command tp to 0, 0, 0.

Fall to the ground now, I can't open Inventory, Every Block in World No Particle, and I can use /give command, the end portal can't Activate, and The Nether Portal (a build)can destroy Obsidian, Nether Portal Block will not auto destroy.

only one way to solve: Re-enter this World.
