Villager Prices

I have a large village (around 80). All the villagers have been infected and healed to reduce their prices. This worked well for a while, but now, their prices are all over the place and re-infecting/healing them doesn't reduce their prices. Particularly, the librarians won't sell their bookshelves for anything less than three emeralds.
