Constant Raids

. I created a raid farm several hundred blocks from my village. Everything worked perfectly for a while, but now, I am experiencing constant raids in the village near my base. I don't have the Bad Omen Effect, but after I fight off one raid, or let it expire, after a while, it will just start again. I tried defeating it, drinking milk, going to a Pillager tower to actually get the Bad Open Effect, then defeating the raid, but nothing has worked. I have turned off the raid farm, but raids are still on a constant loop.
