Screen crashes and the game closes

I have a complaint based on the screen freezing and the game closing when I play Minecraft 1.20.62 every 5 minutes on my cell phone, my cell phone is a POCO F5 PRO.
This glitch is only happening on Xiaomi phones running Android 12, 13, and 14.
