How to reproduce:

1. Go to the Realms Stories Settings Screen
2. Observe the Screen Background
3. Go to the Comments Screen on Any Stories Post
4. Observe the Screen Background on the Comments Screen

Observed results:
The Comments Screen Background is more Opaque than other Ore UI screens

Expected results:
The Comments Screen Background should have the same amount of Transparency as other Ore UI screens
