I am unable to crossplay with my PlayStation friend from either my Switch or phone

Both my of us are signed in on Microsoft and my friend shows up as online playing on Playstation but I am unable to join them on my Switch or my phone app. We were able to crossplay a few days ago, no problem. Not sure what changed.
