There's a villager stuck on the block

I think this is an oddity. Initially I wanted to spawn a villeger to trade, when I spawned the villeger it was short I thought it was a baby villeger, but when I turned around it turned out it wasn't a villeger. In fact it turned out he was drowning in the block. I took a screensh and immediately killed the villager to see if the player could too. Apparently not🙂
