Nether\overworld loads in player even while on the Building Terrain screen

When a player goes through a portal, the screen which essentially softlocks the player is present until it disappears, unlike Java Edition. This can kill the players if there are mobs on the other end of the portal, as players may not be given reaction time due to the screen preventing them from action.
