Problem was from a Minecraft bug, sorry. (Issues was not a Minecraft bug)

Help, my friend can't open Minecraft app. When it click on the app it just kicks my friend out straight away. He literally can't play Minecraft for two months already. His phone has enough  8+ram and a pretty good chipset/processor with 128gb. For more details (Oppo Reno 3)
