Items missing/disenchanting after death

whilst travelling with my elytra onto new chunks, i accidentally stopped flying and died.

before dying i had, an enchanted pick, full set of enchanted diamond armor, potatoes, spyglass and some rockets

after recovering them, i had lost my chestplate and spyglass 

but somehow my armor was disenchanted, it had the same durability but the enchants were gone.
