Most texture packs are not being recognised and some require to be loaded on a new world

I have found out that most of my texture packs are not being loaded when they are updated to 0.16 and work on android and also the ones that are recognised require to be loaded on a new world. But there are some that are recognised but are coming up saying minecraft
