Inventory and XP Gone

Opened my world and my entire inventory was gone—I also had about 26 levels of experience that have disappeared. I play on Peaceful mode. I restarted my Xbox when I noticed and the problem persists. This is my first or second time playing after the update to version 1.20.60 and I play with Experimental on.
