The characters created by the second split screen player are not saving.

I'm the second player in split screen, and I can see all my characters that I create, but when I exit the game, none of them are saved.

When I am in the character creation menu and finalize my characters, when I exit the customization menu, the message "Character has been saved" does not appear, indicating that, every time I exit the game, my characters will disappear again.
