Animals spawn too frequently and often right infront of your eyes

I've been running around on a small plains field for 30 minutes just circling around and killing animals that are spawning right infront of me. It feels like cheating and it is definetely not this way on Java. (see video, watch carefully as new mobs keep appearing)
