Paintings dropping somewhere else

I don't know how I didn't think of this before, but everybody knows how paintings, when you break them, often drop on the other side of a block or something. It has happened on previous versions, too, but I only just now thought of asking to finally fix it. It's very annoying. I don't know if it's a bug or just something else, sorry. This often causes the painting to be dropped outside the building or on the roof. It's similar to harvesting honeycomb, but that's a different thing.
