The cape vibrates while riding certain entities

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Equip a cape
2. saddle and ride a camel, donkey, mule, strider or enter a boat
3. toggle perspective

Observed Results:
The cape vibrates while a riding a when riding these entities

Expected Results:
the cape does not vibrate while you are riding these entities
