Cursor in UI stuck as crafted item.

While spamming shift+right click to mass craft bone meal while in the crafter UI, with a full inventory so the crafted items would be automatically dropped, my cursor got... frozen to bone meal? And was so while in any other UI. I was unable to interact with any other items in my inventory, or in any other entity inventory: chest, etc.
I was able to successfully shift+right click on recipes and craft them because I had their ingredients in my inventory already, but this did nothing to fix or otherwise alter my cursor. Leaving and re-entering the world did not resolve the issue either, but closing and relaunching Minecraft itself has.
