Saplings can grow with dirt block placed above

The sapling will ignore the top of dirt block and grow, part of the tree's trunk will be replaced with dirt block.

Reproduction Step
1. Place a sapling and then place dirt block on top of sapling
2. Use bone meal to make sapling grow

Expected Result
Sapling can't grow

Observed Result
Sapling will grow, and as a result some of the trunk of the growing tree will be replaced with dirt block

Addition
1.I provide a video below. This bug is new version of MCPE-78743, and the original problem was solved as incompleted, so I created a new one.
2.It don't affect the log.
