When the world is overloaded by pistons, the player teleports down more than 100 blocks

As the title suggests, when the world is overloaded with many pistons moving at the same time, players teleport more than 100 blocks underground and get buried. Also, if they try to go up immediately from there, they will teleport to the same place somewhere above.
