I can't unlock achievements

Hello, i am having a problem with mcpe achievements. Why am i not getting achievements? I tried to create new account thinking it will get fixed but it doesn't. I have my xbox app on phone installed. I also tried restarting my phone, looking for solutions online but it doesn't seem to work. Help please.
