There was a network problem that made me unable to use the features of changing skins, servers and marketplaces

After I logged in to Xbox I experienced several problems such as not being able to change skins, not being able to enter the marketplace and server, and errors when logging in to Xbox.  (AND MY NETWORK IS VERY STABLE)
