Armadillo is not affected by poison effect while rolled up

Description:
When affected by poison effect, armadillo while rolled up doesn't decrease health like other mobs. This is also a parity issue with Java Edition.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Spawn an armadillo
2. Attack it to make it rolled up
3. Throw splash potion of poison to it

Observed Results:
Armadillo doesn't decrease health.

Expected Results:
Armadillo should decrease health.
