Breeze is not aggressive toward iron golems

Description:
In Java Edition snapshot 24w04a, breeze is now aggressive toward iron golems. However, this change hasn't been brought to Bedrock Edition.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Spawn a iron golem (such as using the spawn egg)
2. Spawn a breeze (such as using the spawn egg)
3. Observe them

Observed Results:
Breeze doesn't attack iron golem until it is attacked by the iron golem.

Expected Results:
Breeze should try to attack iron golem despite being not attacked by the iron golem.
