Full-width CJK punctuation characters incorrectly render as half-width

Punctuation marks in CJK languages are supposed to be full-width. But In Minecraft it rendered incorrectly as half-width characters.

Here is The Example: 测，试。测；试：测「试」测『试』测（试）测、试《测》试
Bug.png is the result in game. You can see the punctuation marks are rendered incorrectly as half-width characters.

So far you only can use some special font pack to fix this bug.
