phone restarting when entering server

Summary:
Sometimes the game freezes and my phone turns off and restarts or closes the game after I enter the cubecraft server, this usually happens after I enter the solo sky wars part. When the cell phone does not restart, a message appears saying "the system... has stopped. close /wait". I managed to film when the game closed but I couldn't replicate it by restarting the phone
My phone is Samsung galaxy a31, I don't play on other servers, but I remember the same thing happening as in the footage when I entered my realm

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enter the game
2. Join the cubcraft server
3. Go to the sky wars lobby then interact with the skywars solo option

Observed Results:
The game freezes and after a few seconds the phone restarts, or the game simply exits, sometimes a message appears saying "the process system is not responding"

Expected Results:
Show the menu with the “quick play” image and start the match
