Cherry leaves will not turn snowy in biomes where snow is present.

When a Cherry Leaves block is placed or is present when it is snowing in a biome or at a height cold enough to cause snow, the block remains with its regular pink design instead of turning snowy as other leaves do. Particle effects also remain unaffected by top snow above the leaves or snow generally.
