Character Creator items obtained from achievements can not be equipped

I recently unlocked two character creator items from achievements. when i went to the character creator to equip them, the equip button was not appearing. i can equip other items, just not those ones. my brother also experienced this bug.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Obtain a character creator item from an achievement.
2. Go to your character.
3. There should be no equip button

 

Observed Results:

The equip button did not appear.

Expected Results:

There should be an equip button.
